The first sip of coffee in the morning is always greatly appreciated but being reminded that Chilmark Coffee Porter is underway at the brewery in Edgartown makes it even better!

When the yeast consumes the sugars in the wort it produces alcohol and co2. Here you can see the bubbles from co2 escaping the tank into this bucket.
